Fair Trade Fair - Benefit Concert

Engineers Without Borders Saskatchewan is having their 2nd Annual Fair Trade Fair.

A large part of the Fair this year is a Benefit Concert at Louis' Pub on the first of three days of the Fair (November 19).
Doors open at 7:00pm and bands start at 8:00pm.
Tickets are $10 and can be bought at the door or at the Fair Trade Fair (Agriculture Atrium Nov 19-21, 11am to 4pm)

Fundraising Team Meeting

Since Fair Trade Fair is coming up (Nov 19- Nov 21), this week's Fundraising Meeting will cover the role of the FR Team within Fair Trade Fair, and how we can help the organizers make it as successful as possible.  Specifically, we'll be talking about possible donations and corporate sponsorship, as well as getting some work done on the EWB membership benefits cards.  Hope to see you there!

National Conference Applications now available!

The EWB National Conference is Canada's largest annual International Development conference. Held every year at different Universities, it attracts over 700 student leaders, professional engineers, and development experts to explore Canada's role, and our individual role,in the complex challenge of global poverty.

The Conference is a crucial part of EWB's learning and leadership opportunities. Delegates attend to grow their knowledge and leadership skills, build lasting networks with other global citizens, and listen to influential speakers such as:

PO Meeting

Going to be a very short update meeting (approx 10 minutes) because of midterms. Were combining our PO meeting with Fair Trade Fairs meeting because we have a big role to play in that and its coming up.

Will be informing the PO Team how the Reverse Trick or Treat will be going on Friday and updates on other Public Outreach events, including learning about fair trade fair.

School Outreach Team Meeting
